About Department of Crop sciences

The Crops Department is considered one of the divisions of the Plant Production Department when the College of Agriculture was established in 1966 AD. In the year 1978 AD, the Crops Department became independent. Conducting research and studies that will determine the best agricultural treatments, devise improved varieties, and raise the efficiency of agricultural crop production.
